Job Vacancy Survey

Help Monitor Workplace Vacancies

CUPE 4900 Executives continues to monitor vacancies across the workplace to ensure the Employer is meeting its obligations under Article 13 of the Collective Agreement.

Long-standing vacancies can increase workloads, create additional stress for employees, and affect the delivery of services. By reporting known vacancies, members help the Union identify staffing trends, monitor compliance with the Collective Agreement, and advocate for appropriate staffing levels.

If you are aware of a vacant position in your department or work location, please take a few minutes to complete the Vacancy Reporting Survey. Even if a vacancy has been reported previously, updated information helps us determine whether the position remains vacant and how long it has been unfilled.

All information submitted is confidential. The Employer will not be advised who reported a vacancy.

Your continued participation is essential. The more accurate and up-to-date information we receive, the better equipped we will be to hold the Employer accountable and advocate on behalf of our members.
